Transform tool in PRV controller lanes erases articulations and disassociates map file

Following is my post on the FB C/SUG page.  It's been partially verified by another user, and  I have been able to reproduce this once in a new project, I'm still doing research on it in my existing project and will update if I find anything.  TIA

Cakewalk articulation maps + Transform Tool

Just ran into a repeatable bug that’s cost me some time.

If you’ve got a MIDI track with articulations (via an articulation map) and you go into PRV, grab some CC data in the Controller lane, then use the Transform Tool to drag it up or down…

…the instant you let go of the mouse, poof — all articulations in the track vanish. They’re gone from the Articulation Lane and the Event List, and the track’s map assignment is wiped. Doesn’t matter if the data selection contained any articulations above.

This isn’t a display glitch — it actually scrubs the articulation events out of the MIDI data. Other CCs and notes stay fine, but articulations are toast.

Totally repeatable here.

I love the Transform Tool — it’s super handy at this stage in my project — but right now it’s more like a monkey wrench in the machine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a MIDI track and assign an articulation map.
2. Insert several articulation events in the Articulation Lane.
3. Open the Piano Roll View and show the Controller Pane (e.g., CC1 data present).
4. Activate the Transform Tool and select/drag some CC data vertically.
5. Release the mouse button.

Expected Result:
Only the dragged controller data should change. All articulation events should remain in both the Articulation Lane and the Event List, and the map association should remain intact.

Actual Result:
• On mouse release, all articulation events are scrubbed from the Articulation Lane and the Event List.
• The articulation map assignment is removed.
• Other controller data and notes remain intact.

I am able to confirm this intermittently.

For me, while this was manifesting, I noticed that events being transformed were on separate clips.  The issue stopped occurring when I bounced the MIDI clips to one clip and then do the transform.

Did you see if this only happens when the transform is performed on separate clips?

When you bounced the MIDI clips to one clip and then do the transform did the articulation maps remain?
