Vertical scroll thumb doesn't work past ~155 tracks

Hi guys,

I don't know if this issue is new to this most recent update, or if it's pre-existing, but in any case:

I have a couple of large projects (240 tracks) and when scrolling vertically through the track view using the thumb control, the scrolling track window 'disengages' from the thumb motion about two-thirds of the way down the list (around track #155 or so).

I'm still able to scroll lower by clicking the scroll bar below the thumb, or by clicking the down arrow at the bottom, but the thumb is broken.

This behavior is consistent across projects.
These projects were created in Sonar Platinum (where the scrolling works as expected), and restored from .bun files.

Please help me help you get to the bottom of it.
