But I did find ST4 MAX v2 at Sweetwater and B&H for $49.99, well worth the extra $20. Edited my last post to reflect this at the same time you were replying! Good research. You're right, if that's the last chance to get ST4 MAX v2, that's one to hit. But who knows what they'll do next. Maybe issue the libraries in new form and offer us all an upgrade deal.
Marc Cormier
OK - I am really hoping this is some kind of coincidence, but I just upgraded to TRacks 6 MAX in order to Maxgrade to TS5 MAX and the Maxgrade option is NO LONGER THERE. WTF. I had TS5 MAX upgrade in my shopping cart at 104.99 (using 45 Jampoints) about 10 minutes ago and realized I hadn't activated my TRacks upgrade and could save a few bucks by going the Maxgrade route. As soon as I activated the upgrade in IK PM, the Maxgrade option went away. Someone tell me it's a coincidence, 'cos if they just pulled a fast one, they won't get another red penny from me. Marc Cormier
Thanks, Larry. I should be seeing the Maxgrade option for $99, shouldn't I? It was there an hour ago and said I didn't qualify because I didn't have a Max product. Now that I've registered TRacks 6 MAX and it's in my account, I would expect to get the Maxgrade offer. Wouldn't that have qualified for the MaxGrade??

rsinger
I couldn't hold out any longer. I upgraded to TS 5 M at $149.99 - 43 jam points. I still had t racks 5 and was missing a few things and wanted to get up to TR 6. I filled out AT 5 & tonex and got modo bass 2, modo drum, and the hammond to boot. 1
Soundwise
This promotion is live again. Didn't really need it, as I had Amplitube 5 Max, Tonex Max, Sampletank Max, MODO Max, TR6 Max. Still decided to go for the Total Studio Max, just to support the developer. New addition for me were Pianoverse Max (wasn't interested due to disk space requirements), ARC 4, and a couple modules for AT5. Just out of curiosity, decided to install two smallest libraries. Gosh, I'm glad I did. They react to my playing the way I always expected and couldn't get from other piano instruments or libraries. Despite using semi-weighed key-bed, I get the experience very similar to the upright piano, that I used to have. I'm not a keyboard or piano player, but feel motivated and compelled to play/practice the piano, because the response is so good!
bluzdog
IK shows $99 - $15 jam points, so $84.99. I have almost all of the IK offerings but not any version ofTotal Studio Max . I could benefit with all of the Tonex signature capture packs, some Modo bass and Modo drums kits. Hmmmm.........................

Hmmmm......................... Exactly what I was going for. I ended up getting the deal but had to buy a max product (at 29.99) to qualify, even though Amplitude Max has been in my account for years. Will I use all of this? Hell no, but I’m not on the fence any more. The Tonex collections were probably worth the spend but we’ll see. 2
Fleer
Of course you won’t use it. But that’s okay, I won’t either

IK gets quite a bit of guff online (here included (and by me), on occasion), but the products themselves are really good IMHO. Good on you for standing up and supporting a dev. (I bought it too. )

What they charge for Pianoverse MAX on sale ($99.99) would buy just a single piano library from another vendor. It does take a lot of space, but it ranks up there for sound quality. I hope they eventually sample e-pianos as well.
