'IPersist - not enough disc space' message when installing Sonar

On the last couple of installations (at least) of Sonar (free version) I get a message similar to the above towards the end of the install. I have plenty of disc space on my C drive so wondered what it meant. If I ignore it Sonar appears to install ok. I wondered if it something to do with controlled folder access as I always have to allow that at some stage in the installation

I'd be grateful for any advice

This seems to be an MS problem according to the multitude of threads found by Google.
