They said I did not have 3 (I did and bought it directly from them). I sent them my order number and date of purchase. They responded that somehow 3 was not registered in my account (that what they checked) but the order was in my order history (ummmm DUH!). So, they synced up the registrations with the orders and now 3 showed up for them.
