BandLab won't send me the security code via email when I try to log in.  Any suggestions?

Also, when I try to activate CbB it asks me to log in, but CbB says I'm already logged in.

From CbB help menu, Log off and then log on.   Sometimes you need to close existing browser windows first.

When I opened CbB it now says I'm activated.  Hummm...

I still can't get BandLab to send me the login security code.  When they first started using this code, it worked. 

Any help appreciated.  Thanks.
