Is paypal acceptable for Sonar Subscription?

The instructions to use paypal for subscription service to sonar is, well, rather confusing. I have finally broken down against the subscription stuff mainly due to the fact that I am, well, sick I mean for real , and  an now I still cannot do it?

I do not use credit cards, haven't for decades............
