SONAR LICENSED VERSION - ADD ONS - TH-U

So I just got the licensed  full version of sonar and it downloaded TH-U as an add on.     I also  have TH3 from previous sonar/bandlab versions.    Is there a cakewalk only authorization code for TH-U?   Its asking to authorize.  OLD sonar had a product page with all the serial numbers.   Do I need to have purchased it from OVERLOUD?   Didnt have to w TH3THANKS!
