I'm retiring the old email address I used when I logged into the legacy cakewalk account (Cakewalk - My Account Home) and tried to change it, It said to watch my inbox for a verification message. Never received it. Checked Spam folder and elsewhere. Nothing. So, it appears whatever mechanism is supposed to send out the email verification on that old legacy site is not working or else my email provider is extremely far behind. Now, I am afraid I've lost access to all those add-in products I paid for over there. Wondering if anyone else has run into this and wanting to keep others from making the same mistake. When I tried to email support on that side, that is "Under Construction" so they are not doing any site support there either it doesn't look like. I haven’t had time to try that route yet. Cakewalk is a secondary DAW for me and I’m focused on projects and production at the moment.
