Jossy
Hi there, I have a problem with the User Interface of ProChannel modules. Whether the default modules or when I load new ones, many of them appear completely blank (or empty, idk which word is fully appropriate), without any buttons or GUI for some reason. Sometimes it fixes itself when I click on the module or click the enable button of the module, but not always, and not with all channels or PC modules. Also, when there is no track but the inspector prochannel section is visible, when I click on the empty area, the program crashes and shows an error message (see screenshots and video capture). Why are these things happening, and is there some way I can fix it? Thanks. Yours sincerely, John 2025-07-03 01-58-22.mp4
John Vere
You might want to submit this to support. This is just a user forum and the staff doesn’t always check everything. Submitting crashes and the dump files will help them help you. Your screenshot shows where the dump file is located and the blue link takes you to the report page. Chaps
I've never seen that behavior before but what I would do is to reinstall everything with the Cakewalk Product Center and reboot.

Sorry for that, it's just that sometimes I'm confused with the titles of the forum's channels, and I'm not sure where to post what... Anyway, I'm gonna do what you just said immediately! I tried uninstalling both CbB and Sonar, then deleting all remaining files of the program (except my projects, of course), and then reinstalling Sonar, but it didn't seem to do anything. Maybe I'll try to do it via Cakewalk product center, like you suggested, and see if it changes anything, but tbh I don't think it will... Thanks anyway 👍
Chaps
For sure use the Product Center. If that does no good then John Vere's post is your only recourse.
