I know a friend who uses these and he says they are really good.

I think this is the lower SKU, so it's only for Mono/Stereo.  The Surround SKU costs a lot more.

And I think it requires iLok - may or may not work with the Software Machine License Manager, I don't own them.

Probably better than almost any other Reverb @ $40.

EDIT:  After reading  ? , it seems to work with the iLok License Manager application.
