I own a Sampletank 4 SE license  but cannot get Spaceport to add to My Products.  Have tried mobile and Chrome.

Turns out my license for Sampletank 4 SE "does not qualify" for the free library.  Why, I don't know.  Good times.

I'm clearly trying to pull a fast one, given that I own a metric ton of IK product. ?

Did you authorise the Spaceport-77 serial number using IK Multimedia Auth Manager?

Doesn't work for me, either. I'm guessing you need the full Sampletank to get it.

It wouldn't issue me a serial, and I was told this by IK Support.  Still waiting for the explanation.

Spaceport '77 is available for SampleTank 4, SampleTank 4 SE, and SampleTank MAX users.  Crossgraade/upgrade as well.

I do not but IK Support is able to look directly at accounts and I've also reported to them that some are having trouble getting Spaceport '77.  Our IT department is gone for the day (they're in Italy) but we should also have their input tomorrow.

Just to relay that it appeared in my account without issue and I have Sampletank 4 SE.
