husker Posted June 20 Posted June 20 Me too. Make sure you check the bundles. Normally, adding the bundle to the group buy is a less expensive way to finish a collection. 2

Bapu Posted June 21 Posted June 21 I have it all except Melow Mando. Signed up. If it hits 60% with my orange slices it should be a ~65$ upgrade for me. 4

Just a PSA - not sure if it applies here - but check the largest bundle that applies as you'll have a deeper discount there. I.E. if you need only one library check the Evolution Complete bundle for an upgrade price? I need two (mellow mando and clawhammer banjo) and it would be $62.40 at the 60% level pre-orange slices... 1
MusicMan Posted June 22 Posted June 22 Signed up as well. I'm looking forward to checking out some more of their libraries 1

I did bad math. Re-checked and I am picking the largest bundle upgrade. My final price, if max discount is achieved, would be more like $52. 1
Vernon Barnes Posted June 22 Posted June 22 The only one I don't have is the Americana Autoharp, so I have signed up with that 1
PhonoBrainer Posted June 22 Posted June 22 Did they upgrade the strumming engine? It was being discussed last summer.
Doug Steinschneider Posted June 23 Posted June 23 I don't have any Orange Tree products - was very interested a few years back in their 12 string rickenbacker. What is the best way for a new customer to take advantage of group buy?

What is the best way for a new customer to take advantage of group buy? I guess the simple answer is find something you like and put it in the group buy. Many of us around here have pretty much everything - I make sure I keep all the guitars libraries - simply the best in business to me. I don't own any of his other libraries though Looking back through my order history, it looks like I started by buying the Evolution Guitar bundle in 2017. I participate in the group buy every other year - I always go through the process of determining whether or not individual libraries or a bundle upgrade is the best buy - each time, upgrading a bundle is more cost effective. Interestingly enough, some of the guitars are in multiple bundles with different upgrade prices, so check that as well. Over the years, I've bought the other bundles (Big Bottom bundle for example) to complete the guitar collection. Edited June 23 by husker 2
MusicMan Posted June 24 Posted June 24 What would everyone's top 3 libraries from Orange Tree be? I have seen many people praise Evolution Strawberry in particular, but I'm not as familiar with their other libraries, so I'm curious to hear everyone's recommendations. I've got The Famous E Electric Piano and I really like that one
PhaedrusHH Posted July 3 Posted July 3 1000 participants reward is "Velocity to Keyswitch Multiscript" 1
Marc Cormier Posted July 3 Posted July 3 Can you map Evolution bass instruments to Toontrack? If I have a project that uses EZBass, can I apply a mapping to the Evolution Fusion Bass to trigger that instrument? I like the songwriting aspects of EZBass but the Evolution Series basses sound so much better.
circuitchip Posted July 10 Posted July 10 Just a heads-up that the group sale 60% off has been started! I bought The Famous E. It is really very good. 1
