Woe For The City Posted June 1 Posted June 1 (edited) Hey guys! I'm sure many of you guys have far more mixing/production experience and better playback equipment than I do. I'm a young producer. This is a beat I've nearly completed and I really appreciate some feedback on the song, the mix, and the master before I release it. It is called, for now, Say Goodbye. Thank you very much!! Woe For The City Posted June 3 Author Posted June 3 Thanks Nigel. Here's a link to it on YouTube https://youtu.be/H6UGkZq5nYc
Barry Seymour Posted June 3 Posted June 3 Not necessarily my cup of tea, but production-wise it sounds like you're off to a great start. My only observation is that piano riff sample sounds very analog (not a bad thing) but it's not quite on the beat (which is, IMHO.) It sort of snags on my ear and won't let me ignore it.
Bajan Blue Posted June 4 Posted June 4 Hi Have to agree with Barry, a really good start, but there are some timing issues Apart from that I thought the general concept was very good Nigel
