I'm sure this, non-deletable projects in the projectlist that force you to use the register editor, has been mentioned more than one time.

But once again. Let me suggest a file manager in the "project menu". In this manager you can check which project files you want to remove from the list under the "file menu".

A lot safer to let Sonar delete files in the register editor.
