Trying to record my guitar, but he program doesn't recognise it.

I am a completely new user (aka i just downloaded this 3 seconds ago) and i'm already running into problems. 

When i want to record my guitar, the only source i can select is my audio interface (nothing else, which is weird cuz i have a microphone and other programs too), and then when i want to test it, the volume meter won't do ****,  even after turning record on "on". Output device is my audio interface too (???), so that's also weird. Here's everything i use:

-Guitar (duhh)

-U-Phoria UMC22

-ASIO4ALL

(BTW: The green light on my Audio Interface turns on whenever i play, and it works in voicemod and BandLab, but not in Cakewalk. Also, it won't let me record AT ALL, it just says: "Unable to open audio record device. Devide may not support the current project's audio foromat or may be in use.". What am i supposed to do here?)
