If it's not in your account's list of software you've bought, with their serial numbers, etc, over here:

you'd need to contact bandlab/cakewalk support directly.

@Loïc Choquette Sauvageau Z3ta+ Version 1 gets installed as part of the badic install of the old, pre Bandlab, SONAR products. It has never been part of CbB or the new Cakewalk products. 

If you previously owned one of the Gibson/Roland versions of SONAR, you can download the core code installer which will install Z3ta+ version 1.
