possibly.

 

Sonalksis were the best plug in back in them days, I doubt anyone still uses them, all fabfilter now, same with synths probably.

Rob Papen did have good stuff.

They (team Papen) are still very active and have some unique plugins (like 25 or so). I never fancied the look and feel but they have a good tag-based preset system with audio previews and tons of presets. Their latest version if the explorer bundle was just released quite recently so the company is still very active, My favorite is probably Predator,  but Ron Papen has som unique effects as well that gets occasional use.
