BLCW High CPU usage

Hi

Anyone a solution to BLCW performance spiking across all CPU cores. I can't run at normal latency of 5 / 10ms, have to use 21ms but makes no difference to the CPU spiking.  

I've been using CW Sonar since 2002 / V2.2.  It has served me well in recording, mixing mastering, lecturing and a host of other scenarios. I made no changes to my hardware, OS or software before this started. CW is the only app updated.  

Now it is unusable. High random core/thread spiking, Cannot get less than 21ms latency without VSTis getting choppy. Peristant lock ups and spontaneous closing. 

Latencymon test is good. Extreme customisation with Bitsum Lasso makes no difference. 

Yes, it's a 12 year old Xeon E3-1240 v3 / 16gb /  SSD /  but it still works well.   

The same behaviour shows in a second 8th Gen i5 win 11 machine. 

Reaper in both setups has no issues and is more slick whereas CW is much slow at everything. 

Only conclusion is it is something internal to CW. Unless you know different?
