Activating Cakewalk (cant do it for some reason)

Hi, I followed he instruction completely and still can't activate Cakewalk.  I temp. disabled firewall and made sure Cakewalk is listed in firewall. I keep getting a failed message with a code 1.  I tried doing this with a 2nd computer and activation went through with no problems, so I'm at a lost and don't know how to get Cakewalk activated. I appreciate it if any one here can help me. Thank you. Angie.

Specifically, which version (numerically) and iteration of Cakewalk/Sonar?

Can it be assumed that you are going into the Cakewalk/Sonar Help menu, signing out then signing in using the browser window that appears?

Also, which operating system?
