Great solution to cable identification behind a messy desk

I just discovered "Mr-Label Self-Laminating Wrap Around Cable Labels"  I use the MR610 cable labels which come in a pack of  5 colors.

These are self laminating labels that easily wrap around the audio cable.

I tried the MR-Label’s Online Design Tool but it couldn't give me what I wanted.

Here is how I use them.

I purchased a set of Consecutive number stickers here~~~>  Amazon.

I then purchased the MR 610 Laminated labels from mr-label.com  (you will see the purchase option as you scroll under the template online).

I place a number above on the color portion of the label and wrap it around the cable being  careful not to be too close to the end of the cable.  I used 1 and 1/inches for distance, this will all you see the numbers when all of the cables are together behind the rack.  Please pay attention to the orientation of the label when applying the number to the label.  apply to the short  side Facing up. The included video will show you how it's done.

It  looks great behind my rack where I have my gear.  I can easily identify the cable I am looking for from one end to the other.  Keeping a chart is good too.
