Any ways to make multiple tracks with plug-ins and switiching them like Scene or Snapshot mod?

Question

Hello! I recently got M-wave's chocolate midi foot switch, and I was using them on my neural dsp plug-ins. But in gojira x, when I t urn on the pitch shiter while playing, there were a gap that is noticeable. So for the solution, I tried to make multiple tracks on Cakewalk and set different settings (ex. clean-solo-pitch+solo) in plug-ins in each tracks and tried to 'switch' the tracks. Now the problems are,

-I got to the point which make my midi controller work, but if I set remote control on Mute, there is no way to unmute. The switch only works in 'Note on' mode I guess? (midi controller setting to advandced custom mode)

-But if I change my midi controller setting to custom mode(?), Mute or solo in any modes are activated only when I am holding it down, and I can't find a way to turn this Momentary mode? to toggle.

-If I set remote control on Solo, It mutes the whole tracks except the one that solo is turned on. I know it is normal, but when I use Syncroom, it mutes the track that has Syncroom plug-in, which I don't want to.

So what I want to know is

-Is there are any ways to group the tracks I want, and makes the solo mode only effects the tracks that is in the group?

-Are there any ways to set the midi controller to toggle?

Sorry if you cannot understand some meanings or sentences I wrote.

It sounds like you are trying to use cakewalk in a "live" type setting where you want the tracks to mute or un-mute in pairs because you have an effect setup in each track that you want to switch between.  While this might be possible it is not really what a DAW like cakewalk was setup to do.

However, you can group items. Mute one of the tracks so one track is muted and the other is not. Now right click on one mute button and assign it to a group. Now do the same thing for the other's track mute button. They should now toggle opposite of eachother.

Thanks for the reply! Sadly I tried making a group to control them, but if there are more that 2 tracks, it doesn't work the way I want. I guess it can't be done :c
