Edirol Orchestral problem

Did anyone play with this? I don't know how to use it. It has 16 instruments but only plays the first one, i want to play the others instruments, number 2, number 3 etc. I saw in other DAW's they change the channel specific to the instrument number. This can be done in Cakewalk by Bandlab? Thank you.

With the Track Control Manager at the top of the Tracks pane set to show 'All' controls, set the C widget to force a specific output Channel for each MIDI track . Or hit "I" to show the Inspector and do it there.
