While working (feverishly, as always!) on the fabled Zebra 3 and its little sister, Zebralette 3, the time was ripe to update our dynamics powerhouse, Presswerk. If you are unfamiliar with Presswerk and are in the market for a compressor, check out https://u-he.com/products/presswerk/.

The many enhancements include support for the latest hardware and operating systems, two more formats (CLAP, native silicon AAX), better GUI performance with additional scaling options, as well as an updated browser to bring Presswerk in line with our other recent releases, e.g. Repro. A few details...

What’s new in Presswerk 1.1.6:

• Supports the latest macOS version (Sonoma and Sequoia)
• Supports CLAP (64-bit) - see www.cleveraudio.org 
• Native Apple silicon support for Pro Tools AAX (64-bit)
• New 50% and 60% GUI scaling options
• The Windows installer now includes an uninstaller
• VST2-to-VST3 migration support for hosts with “IPluginCompatibility”
• Better preset browser, more drag-and-drop functions
• Minor improvements and bugfixes
