{SOLVED} Project templates being saved in Projects folder

EDIT: It was a folder permissions thing

If i set up a layout and then use Save as, Save as type = Template, Go to folder = Templates folder, click on an existing template, and then Save, it copies the existing template's filename, and then saves the template with that name in the projects folder.

It does read the templates from the templates folder.
