Wait for an expansion sale. I bought Falcon last October and was able to get 4 expansions for $28 using my $50 voucher.

Falcon is not a sampler in terms of being able to record audio into it. But calling it a rompler does not do it justice. You can import a WAV file and manipulate it in numerous ways including looping it, reversing it, trimming, setting start and end points, crossfade, anything you would expect in a sampler and more.
