Luc
It wasn't in my account either but then I saw: "if you are a registered customer of the Novation Launchkey MK4, FLKey, or SL MK3, Novation and GForce are delighted to offer you this plugin for free. Simply log in to your Novation account for more information!" So it looks like it's only for specfic registered products.
Vernon Barnes
I really like GForce, they make some of my favourite VSTis so I am trying out the demo version and it's not really doing it for me. It's probably a very good emulation which maybe my problem with it.
kitekrazy1
No shortage of bass synths on this planet. I had the first VST and never used it based on the presets. I guess if you're nostalgic if would appeal but look at Massive, Serum, Sylenth, Spire, insert of VST here, why would one need it other than appealing to shiny and new? It's probably a very good emulation which maybe my problem with it. I may have been a little harsh in my initial assessment. The architecture is pretty much a basic two VCO analogue emulation and while its a good sounding one with a bit of character its hardly ground breaking but GForce's Xmod additions to open it up a bit. I particularly like the additional resonant high pass filter which can be controlled by the XLfo or XADSR and has variable key tracking to get the kind of sounds I reach into Voltage Modular to achieve. Given what other options I have available I doubt I will buy it though at this price point.
