Update Cakewalk Bandlab on an offline computer

My offline computer has Cakewalk from Bandlab version 2022.06.

I tried doing an offline activation but it tells me that 'The CRQ file is invalid for the selected application'.

After doing some reasearch, I read somewhere that Cakewalk must now be upgraded to the latest version for the offline activation to function.

I searched on how to do the offline upgrade but I find nothing.

Are there CLEAR instructions on how to upgrade the offline computer to a version that will permit me to do an offline activation?

If there aren't any, could someone explain what must be done, please?

Thank you.

Looks like I was mistaken that you can get the full installer directly. It looks like you first get an installation manager and will have to run that on the online machine to get the actual application intaller which I would expect will be saved to your Downloads folder at some point, but I could be wrong. Been a while since I started from scratch.

Thats Sonar, not CbB !

The OP should use Cakewalk Product Centre  it can handle off line authorisation. Yes i know, you have to be on-line to install it, but thats no biggie.

Using Cakewalk Product Center, I chose 'Cakewalk by BandLab' on the left and then clicked the 'Update' on 'Cakewalk by Bandlab 29.09.0.108' on the right.

Clicking the three little dots gives the option to the 'Show Installer Location' where the installer gets downloaded to.

I copied that to a USB and installed it on the offline computer.

Thank you to all.
