Bandlab Collaborator(s): Showing all users including myself offline.

I am currently working on a project, and cant find any solution. Here is the question:

 

 Bandlab is showing all collaborators including myself OFFLINE, But we can still chat. The only way to receive updates is to reload page(s).

Unfortunately, this forum is dedicated to Cakewalk products, and not the program Bandlab.  I would suggest you contact Bandlab support.
