Sequence Plays Right Speed, sounds ok but transport measures stutter

Hi. This is most often when I have a lot of tracks especially (only when)  using Omnisphere ann some heavy processing programs. The song sounds ok but the measures are kind of stuttering. If you close Cakewalk and go back in it always fixes it. Is there another way? I tried toggling FX, PDC master buttons but doesn't help.

Try increasing your audio buffer size in Cakewalk’s settings or freezing Omnisphere tracks to lighten the load. that should help with the stuttering without needing to restart!

There was an old thing to reduce cpu. I think maybe the pause key... it causes the ui of cakewalk to refresh visual at second intervals or so.
