How to focus on only one track?

How to focus on only one track?  Looking for a toggle to have only one track visible (hide all other tracks) then toggle between them.
Is there a way besides Track Manager do do this?

Double-click an empty area of the track header (i.e. where the double-ended arrow appears to drag it), and it will go to maximum height. Double-click again and it will return to its previous height.

There is also the auto track zoom option that will restore the selected track to a height that you specify and all un selected tracks go to the size you determine as well. Then as you click through the tracks the selected one will zoom to the size you specify.
