laglag
We hope this message finds you well. We’re reaching out regarding the unauthorized use of a redemption code that provided access to Genesis: Pads in Motion. Our records indicate that this code was used on your account to download the product without a purchase. This code was mistakenly leaked online and not intended for public use. While this was an oversight on our part, we hope you can understand that it has caused a significant impact on our business and the hardworking developers behind this product. We trust in the integrity of our community and believe this was an honest mistake for many. However, we kindly ask you to consider doing the right thing by completing the purchase for Genesis: Pads in Motion through our official PayPal link below (Credit Cards also accepted): Your contribution not only helps us recoup losses but also supports fair compensation for the creators who dedicate themselves to developing quality tools for musicians like you. We understand that mistakes happen, and we hope this approach demonstrates our commitment to resolving the issue amicably. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [support email/contact information]. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain fairness within our creative community. Luc
Wow. I had this code in my e-mail but hadn't noticed it (or seen that the product itself is priced at $50 now before the coupon). Thanks for posting.

Luc
Yeah, I just got that e-mail, too. The e-mail I (as well as many others I'm sure) had received with the code was from them directly (a long time ago). I guess they forgot to cancel the coupon. I don't like them accusing people of stealing for an error they made, instead of working with the developer to cancel the license keys, as is usually done when things like this happen. Such a weird e-mail to send, and an odd guilt-ridden way to handle this situation. Definitely not impressed with APD right now.
Ric
To add insult to injury, they’ve used ChatGTP to concoct their accusatory e-mail!
Luc
Update: I had contacted them earlier about all of this and they were actually really cool in their reply. I think everything turned into a bit of a mess but support seems to have handled it well.
Ric
They’ve possibly put this issue behind them now.  I still have problems with it but they’ve ignored my last e-mail from a couple of days ago. Perhaps they’re busy.
