What is going on???

BandLab Sonar works fine on the Windows 10 v.1809 and can not start on Windows 22H2 

My comp configuration is on screenshot.

Maybe someone knows the answer to the next question? Another one comp (on the screenshot) BandLab Sonar runs good, but... can not show video after loading video-file. At the same time old Sonar Platinum show it very good. Why??
