Feature Request: Search Plugins by Name

[HOOK]

Would be nice to have that option at the top of the menu when you right-click at the FX bin or hit the + to add a plugin. I'm talking, specifically here:

I know we can search from the browser.  But that can be a long stretch to drag back to where I want it sometimes.
