Quick start screen has added artist name to my song - but its not my name!

Hi, really glad Sonar is back having stuck with Platinum and having used Cakewalk since Sonar 2.

I have a question on the quick start menu - for the files I have saved in the last few days it is adding a name below the title track - its a name I do not recognise - any ideas what's going on there please?

I suspect that's coming from the Notes field, in the Browser.

Open the Browser, usually just "B".  Then hover over the icons til you find one that says "Browse Notes".  Click on that and you'll see fields for song title, name, artist, etc.  You can change any of these by clicking and then typing in.

 

As an example,  here's the Notes field for a project I'm working on:

It seems weird though because it was an existing track, which did not have these details completed, then a random name has ended up in there!
