I surprised this new release has not been posted yet. but I don't think $49 is an intro offer and it will be cheaper at some point in the future.  (I may wait)

On the face of it its reasonably standard architecture one would not expect to be that different to a zillion other 2 VCO analog synth emulations but some of the review videos lead me to think it has a unique character due to the drive and starve distortion functions.  It certainly does the dirty sounds well in demos.

Would be interesting to compare to Image Line Sawer also modeled after Polivoks.

There's an in-depth explanation of this synth plugin by their creators in the latest Pro Synth Network show.
But I'll also wait for better deals from Cherry Audio. In particular I'm waiting (for some time now, though) for the next version of their "V Collection-ish" Synth Stack.
