Upgrade from  V Collection X is also 69.

I have checked my previous purchases and for a single synth upgrade my price was always 49.  Arturia is getting pricey, unfortunately.

Objectively, does this synth really do that much more than any other synth with two saw, sine, triangle, square ware oscillators, LP, BP filters and volume and filter ASDR cannot do?

Something like AAS Ultra Analog VA-3, or Pigments, or many other Arturia synths, like Prophet 5 V, OP-XA v, etc (all of which I have)

Even at $AU103 (after conversion), it would take a bit of convincing to get me to pull the trigger on this one.....

Good question. Also, since I have I already have Cherry Audio's Elka-X, I looked for comparison's yesterday and found this:

I'm at collection 9. I jumped Collection 10 'cause it had nothing interesting added (IMO). But got MiniFreak V and MiniBrute V as soon as they were released.  I also got Pigments in a previous sale.

Some turn up the nose at the Minibrute V but I have a real Minibrute and love it. The virtual version has the same sound and it  is....POLYPHONIC!!!! 😍

The Synthex is a nice addition but, for now at least, I'm glad with what I have and I'll wait for the next collection to incorporate all the new stuff.
