Mackie Controls Behringer X- Touch One

Behringer X-Touch one works fine with Cakewalk - but why is there an option for Universal Mackie (Cubase)?
What use is this in Cakewalk?

Are you asking why there is an option for Universal Mackie control in Cakewalk? If so, many control surfaces use Mackie control as a sort of control surface standard.
