Wanting to stream my compose music in my DAW PLEASE HELP

I am completely inept at this. I have watched every video and none of them are answering the questions I have. I have downloaded ReaPlugs and Restream and OBS. OBS does not show reastream as an option for vst input so that's one problem. The other is, how do I get Reastream to go on the master track so I can send the audio to OBS? This whole thing has caused a massive headache and I do not know why this process is so complicated.  I use Windows 10 btw.

REA? Lol.  Is you have installed the plugins properly. You go to edit, preferences, file group -  VST then click scan. This will show cakewalk that you have some plugins. If they are not in a sub of the common folder you should add the folder in  file group “folders” from preferences.
