Nick Blanc
https://digital.undertoneaudio.com/products/uta-d-unfairchild-670m-mkii-v1-0#product This plugin is a painstaking recreation of the coveted Undertone Audio UnFairchild 670M mkII Vari-Mu Compressor. A design and development collaboration between MIXLAND and Eric Valentine, it is a process that starts with testing and measuring then, listening and experimenting and tweaking and refining over and over and over for over 6 months. The result is a plugin that unquestionably captures the unique vibe and character of the hardware. For a limited time, you can purchase the UnFairchild 670M mkII Plugin at a special introductory price of $199 (reg $249) ------------ Well this is basically a steal! A 199 vst plugin, that's completely normal... Edited September 16 by Nick Blanc

Seems to be a trend currently with a lot of new plugins being a lot more expensive.. I guess they thought they should add to the cost of living increases! These guys are now on my ignore list for all their plugins, even if they do cheaper ones. Too many brilliant and well priced other developers.
