GIM Productions
Hi everyone, I had to do a new installation of CBB, everything is ok, but I can't reinstall Concrete Limiter because I get an error message saying that I have to reinstall the right version before proceeding with the update. This through Command Center. I also looked for previous versions of Concrete but they aren't there in my account. Do you have any idea how to solve it? Craig Anderton
Try the free W1 Limiter from George Yohng's website if you can't find a solution for the Concrete Limiter. If you have projects that include the Concrete Limiter but can't get it to show up, limiters don't have that many parameters...you can probably replicate the sound pretty closely with the W1. Hope this helps!

msmcleod
I suspect Concrete Limiter is tied to a particular release of SONAR Platinum/Professional. So the "re-install right version" is probably referring to SONAR Platinum/Professional. I'd recommend re-installing SONAR Platinum/Professional,Β installing Concrete Limiter, then re-installing CbB.

Thank you, I have some releases coming out and I don't want to touch anything just yet. Greetings

I thought it was always an optional-at-extra-cost plugin, but I could be wrong.Β
Glenn Stanton
it's a wholly separate product (like the CA-2A and PC4K Expander etc). if you purchased it in the past then you would see it in your Cakewalk products list (which would also have the serial number and activation code). so if you didn't buy it way back, then you're likely going to want to use another limiter. W1 is decent. i have several commercial ones as well including Waves L3 Multimaximizer and Izotope Ozone 11 Maximizer both of which work very well.
