Imported audio also inserting silence in all the other tracks

When I import audio, it normally just appears in the track I import it into and nothing else happens.

But it has suddenly started inserting an empty gap of its own length into all the other tracks, so that everything that previously started at 00:00:00 gets moved to start at three minutes or whatever.

It might be a bug, I'm guessing it's probably a setting that I don't want to be using.

Can anyone rescue me?

I'm guessing "Always Import Broadcast Waves at Their Timestamp" was checked?
