Logan_4600
Hi Folks! Simple question I couldn't find on the web help, how do I click/drag-stretch an audio clip from a take? In Sonar 8.5 you could alt+grag a clip (if I recall correctly) and in Sonar X/Plat was with Crtl+Shift+Drag. I can't find how to do it in CBL! Check that clip isn't locked, Groove-clip-enabled, Audiosnap-enabled, ARA-enabled, etc.

msmcleod
There's a much simpler way - just CTRL + SHIFT and drag the end of the clip out to where you want: 1
David Baay
3 hours ago, martsave martin s said: where do i find [ARA] setting?? An ARA-enabled clip (Audio Random Access) will display 'RFX' (Region FX) in the upper right corner. Groove clips will have beveled/rounded corners, and locked clips will have a lock icon in the upper left corner. You might also check for Audiosnap being enabled under Clip properties in the Track Inspector. If the clip is in any of these special modes applied, slip-stretching will not be allowed. In the case of MIDI, Step Sequencer clips cannot be stretched, either.
