Great guitar instrumental. Excellent playing with good sound.

hey Macce!

thanks for listening....

this is all done with a Mesa Boogie Mark2b head, going into a variety of cabs and speakers, some miced,

and some direct in using a Palmer PDI-09.

wow, no prs birds!  That picture looks familiar btw.  Enjoyed the tune.

we don't need no stinkin' prs birds!!

LOL

i met paul reed smith, way back in 1980, when he still had a small shop on the 2nd floor of a little building overlooking the bay at annapolis...

i actually saw the first guitar he was building for santana, on a work table, with the MOP birds cut out and sitting next to each pre-carved hole in the neck, ready to go in!!

i found guitars that i liked more over time, than any of the prs,

and those are in the picture above!

the strat styles are all custom, the carvin has been customized, and the Ibby is stock.

hey thanks for listening david, i appreciate the comments!

Wow...   that is some good stuff.   I think it's safe to say that you're playing your @$$ off on this one.   ?

And yeah, those tones are really nice.

PS... loved the wacky stuff at the end.

hey steve!

yea, we all love the wacky stuff!!

LOL.....

did you catch the hendrix quote during the middle section before the wacko solo?

hence the 'a slight return' in the title.

these tones were done with a Barber Exacta fuzz pedal, into an already driven mesa boogie head,

thru a closed back 1x12 into a shure ksm44.
