Yesterday, I saw the PSP VM Ultimate Bundle at JRRShop, also $39.  It's probably at other places, too.  I have no idea if there are additional discounts at JRRShop or anywhere else with codes.

It might pay to shop around at your favorite vendors for discounts and perks (as always).
