Received the below offer, however at checkout there is no discount in sight, nor an opportunity to add a discount code).  I've put in a support ticket with a follow-up screen shot showing the absence of the discount, as requested (?) but haven't heard anything since.  I assume either the time was a little too limited for my slow response - it was a full day after the email was sent - or it's a bogus offer. Due to the response from support (perhaps being unaware of any such offering) I'm wondering if I was being phished.
