picked up ampex ATR-102 for same price native ,only just went native, exept £39 instead of $,

just had a look on their site after posting this and seen they had a magnetic tape bundle which included the studer A-800 aswell for another £10,

seeing as it was less than a day since the purchase the good people at UAD agreed to let me change my purchase.  good deal, both tape machines for £49
