no sound from vocal track until I move it to another track, then it plays back

I've checked routing & muteing. Am I missing something? Sometimes I still get strange behavior from CBB although it's usually user error. Any ideas? thanks.

I've experienced this a few times, but never figured figured out the cause. I've always just dragged the clip to another track, like you did.
