Is it possible to sort the preset banks in TH-U? I want to sort them alphabetically but can't find any way to do that short of dragging each bank into a different position in the list. At least the bank numbers adjust correctly so they're still 1-x.

No, dragging is the only thing you can do. 

(The presets are stored in a .db file which can be edited in another program but it's probably simpler and faster just to drag them in TH-U.)
