Charles Puckett Posted August 15 Share Posted August 15 How the hell does one get in contact with Cakewalk support? If I click the email link on the site, it offers no email opportunity. My Sonar Platinum has stopped working entirely. I try to launch it, see the splash screen, then it just goes away. I removed the app (Windows does not show it in the list of installed apps), but I can still try to start it from Start Menu. Hell, Command Center insists that it's still there!! I uninstalled and reinstalled Command Center, it still thinks Sonar is there and ready to launch! Won't even give me the opportunity to re-install. If I had any to tear out, I'd be tearing out my hair. Been a Cakewalk user for 3 decades, but this really sucks. I've included screen shot of Command Center, which blithely states that Sonar is "Ready to Launch". Grrr Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
